Scope and contact
This policy covers the BedtimePilot iOS app and bedtimepilot.com, provided by the BedtimePilot developer. For privacy questions or requests, email support@bedtimepilot.com. Last updated: September 8, 2026.
iOS data and permissions
The current iOS app stores your plans, routines, check-ins, morning feedback and preferences on your device. It does not require a BedtimePilot account or upload this sleep-planning data to our servers. Widgets use shared on-device plan snapshots. Reminders use Apple notification or alarm permissions when you enable them; you can manage these in Settings. This release does not read Apple Health sleep records or record microphone audio. Device backups are controlled by your Apple settings.
App Store purchases
Apple processes in-app purchases and payment information. The app uses StoreKit transaction and subscription status to unlock purchased features and restore purchases. We do not receive your payment card details. Apple handles purchase records under its own privacy policy.
Service providers and protection
Cloudflare hosts the website and stores waitlist and feedback submissions. Feedback may also be delivered to our support mailbox. Network information is used for delivery, diagnostics and abuse prevention, including short-lived IP-based rate limits. We do not sell personal information or use sleep-planning data for advertising. HTTPS protects information in transit; no storage or transmission method is completely secure. Providers may process information outside your country.
Retention and your choices
Local app data remains until you remove it or delete the app; separately managed backups may remain. We keep submitted contact information and feedback while needed for the launch update, support or legal obligations. Contact support@bedtimepilot.com to request access, correction or deletion of submitted information or withdrawal from the waitlist. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to portability, restriction, objection and a complaint to a privacy authority. Deleting app data does not cancel an Apple subscription.
Children and policy updates
BedtimePilot is not directed to children under 13. If a child has submitted personal information, contact us to request its removal. We update the date on this page when the policy changes and provide notice of material changes as required.
What stays in your browser
Personal routines, dated plans, progress and planning preferences are stored in IndexedDB on this browser. They are not sent to an account, a database service or an analytics service. This version has no accounts, advertising trackers or third-party analytics.
Hosting requests
The hosting provider receives ordinary network requests needed to deliver the website, including connection information such as your IP address. Personal plan contents are not included in those requests. External source links are opened only when you choose them.
Waitlist email
If you join the iOS waitlist, we store your email address, language, source page and submission time so we can send the launch update. We do not send your email to analytics. You can request removal by contacting hello@bedtimepilot.com.
Product feedback
If you send product feedback, we store its type, product platform, description, optional contact email, language and submission time. We use this information only to review the feedback and reply when needed. It is not combined with plans saved in your browser. You can request removal by contacting support@bedtimepilot.com.
Export and deletion
You can download a backup or clear local plans in Data & preferences. Clearing browser site data also removes saved plans. Backups are personal files: keep them private and delete downloaded copies separately if needed. Clearing plans does not remove ordinary browser history or cached website files.
